Open international tournaments "GOLDEN BlACK SEA CUP" are held in Bulgaria, near the city of Varna, Kranevo area, on the first line of the sea in the modern winter palace "Black Sea Ice Arena". On the territory of the complex is located "Therma Eco Village - 5* hotel, which will house the teams having arrived for the tournament. Also in this hotel will live HOCKEY FANS AND RELATIVES OF THE PLAYERS.
For the athletes an Airport (Varna, Burgas) – Kranevo (hotel) – Airport (Varna, Burgas) transfer is organized, as well as comfortable accommodation, meals, bar, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sports hall.
The tournaments will be served by international category judges in accordance with all Iinternational Hockey Federation -IIHF rules, "MASTER - SHOW", prizes and GALA - DINNER with awarding the best players of the tournament with certificates, medals and cups, individual prizes and awards.
Each participant of the tournament and fans will receive souvenirs from the organizers.

Participation in the tournament is subject of agreement and filing an application on behalf of any team to be filled in and sent to the tournament organizers LIST OF THE PLAYERS, signing a contract and making a down payment of 50% of the value. We also invite individual players to the ''WORLD TEAM'' and HOCKEY FANS. Payment is made 2-3 months before the tournament start.

AIMS AND TASKS OF THE TOURNAMENTS
- The development of amateur hockey in Europe, including in Bulgaria.
-Attracting to participation in all tournaments the maximum possible number of amateur hockey teams, as well as teams of the '' Master '' group from Europe, Asia, North America, the Russian Federation and the CIS countries.
- Exchange of experience between hockey fans from different countries in holding
international tournaments.
Every tournament shall be held for three days, each team will play one or two matches every day, on the third day there will be an additional "MASTER - SHOW" and an official awards ceremony, in the evening there will be a GALA - DINNER with an awards ceremony and individual awards for the "MASTER-SHOW" winners and the best players in the tournament.
GALA - DINNER includes: buffet (european dishes, hot and cold appetizers, desserts, fruits, vegetables, low alcohol drinks and strong alcohol). A DJ will work entertain you throughout the evening.
THE PRICE INCLUDES:

- insurance for each player for the duration of the tournament,

Amateur hockey teams ("AMATEUR" group) can participate in the tournament, with players being no younger than 30 years who have no professional background and no professional contracts, who have not been enrolled in sports hockey schools for children and young people, and who currently and in the past have not participated in any form or level in official competitions.
If a participant is identified or found on the site as part of a team and is clearly distinguished by the other contestants and excels in their skill level the Organizing Committee and the Chief Judge have the right, by their decision, not to allow him to continue to participate in tournament and award a technical defeat to the team with a score of 0:5 for which this player has competed.
To participate in the tournament (''MASTER'' group) teams are allowed in which there are players who have graduated from a special sports school or who have played at a professional level in any hockey league in the world, also players playing at a professional level at the moment . Players are over 18 years old.
The application for the tournament is submitted by the teams on paper by e-mail: blackseacup.bulgaria@gmail.com. The application must include the name of the team, a short description of the team in any form, a name APPLICATION LIST, team leaders FANS LIST, a picture of the team and a logo.
The team must have a minimum of 10 players and one goalkeeper.

The "BLACK SEA ICE ARENA" ice arena is a modern sports training and healing complex with a total area of 3300 m2, with an ice field size of 60x26 meters and a spectator platform with 400 seats.
The ice arena equipment allows to automatically control and manage ice temperature and microclimate parameters of the arena's air environment. The arena specialists provide the athletes with exactly the ice needed for this or that type of sport.
In addition to the ice court and spectator stands, the complex includes: four specialized changing rooms for one hundred athletes with showers and toilets, premises for coaches, judges and staff; medical office; room for skating and sportswear drying; a panoramic bar for visitors to watch ice skating or sport events on the ice court.
In the hall of the ice arena professional lighting equipment is installed with special effects, all necessary equipment for hockey games, sports board and sound zoning system. This allows you to host not only training and competitions for athletes and teams in the arena, but also popular ice shows, discos and music band performances.

Each match consists of 3 periods with a door change, 17 minutes each (the timing is
rough).
It takes 2 minutes to remove a player, and for more rough breaches players are
removed by referees in accordance with IIHF international rules.
An hour is allocated for each match:
- roll – 5 minutes;
- greetings – 1 minute;
-1st period – 17 minutes;
- break/time out – 1 minute;
- 2nd period – 17 minutes;
- break/time out –1 minute;
- 3 period – 17 minutes;
- handshaking – 1 minute.

TOURNAMENT SCORING SYSTEM
The result of any tournament match may be a win, a draw or a defeat.
According to the results of each tournament match, the winning team receives 2
(two) points, the losing team – 0 (zero) points. In case of a draw, both teams will
receive 1 point.
In the event that a separate match did not take place due to the inability to appear of
any of the teams obliged to participate in it, will result in the non-appearing team
suffering a technical defeat with a score (0: 5) and points will not be awarded.
The opposing team reports a technical win with a score (5: 0) and shall be awarded 2
(two) points.
